The end of the year is fast approaching, and along with it is the deadline to submit your Beneficial Ownership Information. In Dec 2023, when there were whispers about this new requirement, we posted a blog (here) with a video outlining the new regulation. We covered the Who, What, When Where, and How of it all. There have been deadline extensions due to the hurricanes experienced this year, but they only apply to certain companies. Feel free to grab the updated BOI summary from Business Library on the resources tab (here) for the latest info on submitting your BOI, and keep it handy for reference before January 1, 2025.
